UAE-Syria travel: Air Arabia announces daily Sharjah-Aleppo flights from July 2026
Daily service enhances passenger flexibility and tourism opportunities
SHARJAH – Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s first and largest low-cost carrier, has announced the launch of a daily non-stop service between Sharjah and Aleppo, beginning 4 July 2026.
The new route marks another step in expanding the airline’s footprint in Syria and improving regional accessibility. The addition of Aleppo further strengthens connectivity options for travellers, building on the airline’s existing network within the country.
The move comes as Air Arabia continues to widen its operations across key markets with a focus on affordability and convenience.
Sharjah-Aleppo flights
The daily Sharjah-Aleppo flights are designed to offer greater flexibility for passengers travelling between the UAE and northern Syria.

The service will complement Air Arabia’s current schedule, which includes 21 weekly flights between Sharjah and Damascus, alongside three weekly services from Abu Dhabi to the Syrian capital.
UAE-Syria travel
Air Arabia Group Chief Executive Officer Adel Al Ali said Syria remains an important destination within the airline’s network. He noted that the expansion reflects efforts to enhance accessibility while supporting stronger economic and tourism ties between the UAE and Syria. The airline operates an all-Airbus A320 and A321 fleet, supported by onboard services such as ‘SkyTime’ streaming, ‘SkyCafe’ dining, and the ‘Air Rewards’ loyalty programme.
Bookings for the Sharjah-Aleppo route are now open via the airline’s website, call centre, and authorised travel agents, with operations set to begin ahead of the peak travel period in July 2026.
